We all know McCain selected Palin for cynical, and uh.. Hillary(ous) reasons, and yeah, it kinda backfired. But if we try looking past the cynicism and look at it as his first major choice as a presidential candidate, it really shows that its not Obama, and not Palin that isnt "ready to lead", its McCain. Palin was such a disastrous choice as VP, and such a stupid choice, that had Palin been in McCains chair, even SHE wouldnt do anything that stupid and irresponsible. If that decision is a sign of things to come, then FSM help us all.
Obama picked Biden, and by doing so, he showed maturity, responsibility and respect for the task at hand, Biden is a force to be reckoned with, a political giant and a real political ally, adviser and partner that a US president needs.
I still say if McCain wins, the first thing he'll so is find a way to ditch Palin. He needs to find a way to do that before the elections since she's making him look like a fool. I hope he keeps her, and I hope she drags his campaign down in flames.
Just don't, like, bring Choggie.
